Header for articles mirrored from sheldonbrown.com. Sheldon Brown's photo (centred, linking to the "eagle" page), byline and origin box as in the original; the external elements of the original page head — PayPal donate button (a link to the donation page, the original's form cannot be embedded in a wiki), "Find us on Facebook" badge and the links to translations on other sites — are grouped in a box floating on the right. Place at the top of the article, directly below the (automatic) page title.
Parameters
url— full URL of the original page (required)byline— byline line as on the original, default: by Sheldon Brownsubbyline— second byline line, e.g. revised by John Allentranslations— the translation links of the original, e.g.Chinese; omit if the original lists none
donate— PayPal hosted_button_id, default the site-wide button of sheldonbrown.comupdated— "Last Updated" date of the original page, if given thereimported— date of the import (YYYY-MM-DD)
